    AVON needed to change their existing sales process towards traditional e-commerce and DTC (direct-to-customer). Secondly, AVON has several emerging markets, so the e-commerce platform must be scalable (1-2 months for each country).

    Main challenge: AVON has developed difficult referral program with hierarchical reward system that had to be integrated with the platform and be supported by platform automatically (sales reports, distributors performance, etc).

    Result: Currently, AVON e-commerce platform works in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Republic of Belarus, Uzbekistan and Mongolia
