- Talent Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates with the desired IT skills and qualifications.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, establish recruitment criteria, and deliver tailored candidate profiles.
- Recruitment Process Management: Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Market Research: Stay updated on emerging IT trends, advancements, and evolving skill requirements. Proactively research and identify potential talent pools and industry-leading companies to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Metrics and Reporting: Build and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.

- 3+ years working in IT = practice skills in searching for technical candidates
- Experience working in a fast-paced/fast-growing company = be ready for changes!

- Experience in the organization of the process = know how to set up new processes and check the effectiveness
- High level of independence = have the desire to do all your self
- Fluent English language = to speak with candidates 🙂
