Role Description:
We’re in search of a skilled Lead Backend Developer to spearhead our backend development projects. You'll collaborate closely with our frontend team to create digital products that epitomize speed, security, and scalability. This remote role, situated within GMT+0 to GMT-8 time zones, offers a balance of work-life flexibility and team collaboration.

- Profound knowledge of software architecture and design
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or similar field
- Over 3 years of experience in backend development
- Mastery in Node.js, ExpressJS, TypeScript, and Prisma/TypeORM
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Adept at API design and integration
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving prowess with a proactive approach
